Ventyx customer communities and user groups offer an ideal networking environment for you and other Ventyx users. Our communities offer an informal setting to exchange ideas and discuss issues that are impacting today's organizations. They also present a useful vehicle for users to network with one another and examine best business practices as a forum for professional and personal growth.

Some unique features of the Ventyx Customer Communities include:
Leadership Councils
Leadership Council's are an executive level partnership between Ventyx and our customers that provides strategic direction, and assists Ventyx with long-term, strategic product planning. There are two active Leadership Councils – the Nuclear Leadership Council (NLC) and the Market Management System Leadership Council (MLC), and each brings together leadership from Ventyx and the customer base for a strategic market area.
Customer Advisory Boards (CAB)
CABs provide strategic direction and are used by Ventyx to help define long-term strategic product direction. The CABs are small, consultative groups within functional business areas for each product.
Special Interest Groups (SIG)
SIGs are operationally-focused, customer-managed forums for users of a specific functional aspect of a Ventyx product. The purpose of the Special Interest Groups is to provide a forum for customers to come together to have informal discussions and share best practices that will generate feedback and recommendations for enhancements in their specific area of interest. The SIGs also manage the Product Enhancement Request process, and make recommendations for product enhancements.
Special Interest Groups include members from all levels within our customer base, and are self-governed and self-managed. A SIG Chair is selected from among the SIG Members, and is responsible for managing the SIG and its day-to-day activities. Click here to view current SIG chairs and open positions.
There are three primary ways that SIG Members engage:
- Product Enhancement Requests (PER): SIG Members have access to the on-line Product Enhancement Request Tool (PER Tool), and are able to raise PERs that they believe enhance the value of Ventyx products.
- SIG-Specific Product Feedback: SIGs are periodically invited to help us define requirements for parts of the product where we are doing a build-out or refresh.
- Product Roadmaps: SIGs are regularly briefed on product roadmap and other initiatives.
